Type A – Standard Room (with Window)
A standard studio room with a window for excellent ventilation and natural light. Popular among both long-term and short-term guests for its comfort and practicality. Deposit: 100,000 KRW | Monthly Rent: 550,000 KRW
Type B – Premium Room (with Window)
A spacious premium studio room with a window, offering more living space and plenty of natural light. Highly recommended for those who prefer a comfortable and airy environment. Deposit: 100,000 KRW | Monthly Rent: 600,000 KRW
Type C – Interior Room
A practical studio room available at an affordable price. Located in a quiet and cozy setting, it provides a comfortable stay for all guests.
